How Email Assistant Works

You don't need to read everything to know what matters.

Email Assistant goes through your inbox, surfaces the case that matters most, explains why — and writes the draft. You decide what gets sent.

Why it matters

Your inbox doesn't tell you what's actually urgent

Email Assistant makes that call before you open your inbox — and shows you the reasoning, not just the ranking.

How it works

How Email Assistant Works

From a full inbox to one draft, in four steps.

  1. 01

    You connect your inbox

    Microsoft 365 / Outlook.

    BEING PREPARED FOR PILOT

The Microsoft 365 / Outlook integration is not live yet. No other email providers are supported.

  2. 02

    The assistant goes through everything

It reads the content, assesses what's at stake, and sets aside what doesn't need action today.

  3. 03

You get the case — and the reasoning

One case is surfaced, with the reasoning behind the priority and a finished draft reply.

    Price inquiry before Friday

    AI assessment

Kari needs a binding price for 200 sqm of facade cladding by Friday to meet the client's permit deadline. This is the only case today with both a deadline and a concrete order value — Anne Lise's reminder is also urgent, but it won't cost you an order if you get to it this afternoon.

  4. 04

    You stay in control

You read it through, adjust it and send it yourself. The assistant sends nothing.

The screens show the product's own demo, with fictional example customers. The Microsoft 365 / Outlook integration is being prepared for pilot.

What you get

Four things you can count on

True for every case in your inbox — not just the demo above.

See what's urgent first

The inbox is sorted by what's actually at stake — not by when the email arrived.

You get the reasoning, not just the ranking

The assistant explains, in plain language, why this particular case was surfaced.

The draft is ready when you open the case

You read it through, adjust what you want, and send it yourself.

Nothing gets sent without you

The assistant can't send email. It writes drafts — you press send.

When it doesn't know, it says so

“I don't have a basis to set the price myself. It's marked [FILL IN APPROVED PRICE] in the draft.”

The assistant doesn't guess at numbers it has no basis for. It flags it, and leaves it for you to fill in.

From the draft in the product's own demo.
